It is a popular belief that Internet as an enabler has changed human life. Internet has, in many ways, redefined the process we get on with life. At ERP21 however, we are constantly made aware that Internet is not about everything in ICT. While Internet or any other technological revolution brings a new paradigm to human life, technology is and will remain forever only as an enabler.
